Maximum Value Programming created this video-based medical eLearning platform in 2008 for DAW Communications. DAW Communications was serving GlaxoSmithKline, which needed to educate clinicians about their newly introduced migraine medicine Amerge. The platform featured synchronized media, with three videos synchronized precisely to custom-designed PowerPoint slides which helped to further explain the topics brought up by the on-screen spokesperson. Returning users are brought back to the point they left off upon logging in again and have full control of the playback of the video and accompanying slides. Users also receive emails with updates and notifications which are generated automatically by the platform. MVP created a custom web design to present the CME course content, and an administrative back-end allows GlaxoSmithKline to track usage through a variety of metrics.
