The KCI sales training and eLearning platform was designed and developed by Maximum Value Programming in 2012. The Virtual Learning Environment that comprises the core of the platform presents different course materials depending on how the user is classified during initial registration to ensure that trainees are presented only the materials that are relevant to themselves. Navigation is easy and intuitive thanks to MVP's custom-designed graphical user interface (GUI). Users are able to access a comprehensive multimedia resource library upon completion of the initial training on the platform to prepare for the quizzes that assess knowledge retention at the end of each module. The administrative area allows the client to generate detailed metrics on use of the module to have a greater understanding of the efficacy of the training materials found in each course. Furthermore, trainees are encouraged to compete with one another through leaderboards that report statistics on performance based on district, region, and area of focus, as well as the company overall, which are updated in real time.
