This custom eLearning platform was created for Terumo Medical Corporation in 2009 to train clinicians on the use of their new Trucise medical device. Maximum Value Programming offered an extensive range of custom eLearning development services during the course of the project. MVP designed the graphical user interface and navigation and wrote the on-screen texts that accompany the voice-over narrations which were recorded at its own sound studios. These were then synchronized to moving images to form the course content found on the eLearning platform, with the synchronized media development serving to sustain user engagement and thus enhance knowledge retention among trainees. The eLearning platform also included a troubleshooting center, a 360° product video, a FAQ section, and a resource library containing additional reference materials.
